Sales Assistant – Commission Only (Comedy Events)
Are you confident, outgoing, and motivated by earning money based on your performance? We’re looking for driven individuals to join our team selling tickets for our live comedy shows.
This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who enjoys the hustle, thrives on hitting targets, and isn’t afraid to approach people and make things happen.

The Role
- Selling tickets for our comedy events directly to the public
- Promoting shows in busy areas, venues, and at events
- Engaging with people, pitching the experience, and closing sales
- Working independently to hit and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For
We want confident, self-motivated individuals who:
- Are comfortable approaching and talking to new people
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Are resilient and can handle rejection
- Are target-driven and motivated by commission
- Can think on their feet and adapt their sales approach

Required Experience (One or More of the Following)
- Street fundraising / charity sales
- Ticket sales or event promotion
- Door-to-door or direct sales
- Retail roles with sales targets / upselling
- Outbound call centre sales
