We have a position for a Full Time Marquee erector with an opportunity to train for a supervisors position.
Starting at £24960 for annually -£30000.
Working along side our experienced team you’ll be erecting and dismantling marquees throughout Scotland.
This is a seasonal role and is based on an hourly rate working outside as part of an excellent team working outside, making the most of the Scottish weather whilst keeping fit.
A normal day will involve loading the Vehicle with all necessary equipment, and setting off to site, be it for a wedding, corporate event or birthday party. Having arrived at site, you will be assisting the team leader in the er****on of the marquee within a team. Once completed, you’ll return to the yard to load up for the next job.
Responsibilities
Working alongside and assisting our experienced team during the busy summer season.
Erecting and dismantling bespoke marquees across Scotland
Loading and Unloading Vehicles.
Ensuring all jobs are finished to highest quality, whilst adhering to a high level of health and safety.
Maintaining the yard and organisation of equipment.
Requirements:
-You need to be fit and not afraid of hard work as the job is very physically demanding and requires heavy lifting.
-Positive can-do attitude, keeping the team moral up is key.
-Well presented, as you’ll be customer facing.
-Committed and reliable: hours can be long, and a team effort is expected at all times.
-Must be able to get to the yard in Kirkcaldy between 5am and 8am depending on the schedule that week and prepared to work until the build is finished with occasional weekend work.
-As this is working with events it is essential to work overtime.
-A clean driving license is essential.
