🌿 Romantic Garden Wedding Breakfast

There’s something so timeless about bringing the garden indoors.

For Karen & Adam’s wedding breakfast, we layered romantic florals, delicate blush details and elegant tablescapes to create a celebration that felt effortlessly beautiful. Soft garden-inspired blooms nestled amongst candlelight, floral stationery and fine glassware transformed the reception space into a romantic haven for family and friends to gather, dine and celebrate.

From the floral napkins and personalised place cards to the abundant centrepieces filled with blush roses, dahlias and seasonal blooms, every detail was designed to feel fresh, relaxed and undeniably elegant.

A wedding breakfast should feel as beautiful as the love story it celebrates, and Karen & Adam’s garden-inspired reception was the perfect balance of luxury and romance.

POWER POINT TO BOTLEYS💫💫

Jessica & Stephen’s wedding breakfast at Botleys Mansion from a power point presentation was everything a luxury Surrey wedding should be.

Beneath sparkling crystal chandeliers in the natural light-filled glass Atrium, guests were welcomed into a beautifully styled reception filled with romantic details at every turn.

Blush pink with burgundy rose centrepieces and soft candlelight adorned each table, while gold-rimmed charger plates, delicate napkin styling tied with personalised contrasting ribbons created a timeless and sophisticated tablescape.

Flowing chiffon chair drapes, elevated floral accents and a beautifully stage raised dressed top table added layers of softness and romance, complementing the grandeur of Botleys Mansion perfectly.

At the heart of the room, a stunning white grand piano from The London Function Band provided a showstopping focal point, seamlessly blending luxury styling with unforgettable entertainment.

Only leaving the room to be filled with love, laughter and the warm glow of candlelight, all before dancing the night away.

ON TREND DREAM✨✨

R&A’s fully on‑trend vision was the kind of modern, textural dream every venue stylist hopes to bring to life.

Their design was considered down to the smallest detail. The first priority was ensuring the caterpillar layout flowed seamlessly with the iconic oval top table at Botleys Mansion, a formation that set the tone for a truly immersive tablescape. From there, the linens became the heartbeat of the aesthetic: full‑length urbane pistachio paired with alternating sage floral patterns, creating a layered, tactile story that felt fresh, contemporary, and deeply intentional.

The banquet runners followed with pure white rose and gypsophila silk florals, softened by multiple varying height candle sand filled cylinder vases for a modern, romantic glow. Every lace‑trimmed menu card was lovingly designed by the bride herself adding a personal luxury detail placed atop crisp white drop napkins and framed with soft gold contemporary cutlery.

It was a vision that will live in our memory bank, and in the gallery for a long time to come. A celebration of trend‑led styling, thoughtful design, and the kind of love story that inspires every detail.
