What a lovely evening cooking for Chris and his family to celebrate such a special milestone ❤️👨‍🍳

From burrata & slow-roasted tomato soup 🍅 to beef brisket lasagne, creamy Tuscan chicken pasta 🍝 and, of course, plenty of Italian-inspired desserts to finish! 🍒🍫☕️

I was made to feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived, and they were an absolute pleasure to chef for. 😊🙏

🌶️🇲🇽 A Mexican fiesta for Georgie’s 32nd last night! 🎉🥂

I had such a lovely evening cooking for Georgie’s surprise birthday. It was great to do something a little different and put together a really colourful Mexican-inspired menu full of fresh, vibrant flavours. 🌮🌽🌶️🍋‍🟩

There were quite a few dietary requirements to work around too — vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy-free, gluten-free and an avocado allergy — but I made sure everyone was fully catered for and could enjoy the evening. 🙌💚

Olli and the whole group were an absolute pleasure to cook for — really welcoming, relaxed and great fun. 😊

✨🇮🇹 AN ITALIAN JOURNEY TONIGHT 🇮🇹✨

What a gorgeous evening cooking for Kate and her guests tonight in such a beautiful location! 🥂🍷

From Whipped Ricotta & Parma Ham Crostini to start the evening, followed by Baked Burrata, then Tuscan Fillet Steak with Parmesan Dauphinoise, and finishing with a seriously indulgent Italian Chocolate & Hazelnut individual Cheesecakes 🤎🍫✨

It was an absolute pleasure to cook for such a lovely group. I was made to feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived, which always makes these evenings that little bit more special. 😊👨‍🍳

There’s something I love about arriving at a beautiful venue with bags of fresh ingredients and leaving behind a kitchen full of happy guests — and, of course, a clean kitchen! 😂✨

✨ A lovely evening of private dining last night✨

What an absolute pleasure it was cooking for Janet and her family & friends last night. Such a warm, welcoming and genuinely lovely group to cook for — evenings like this are exactly why I love what I do. 👨‍🍳❤️

A beautiful three-course menu of Atlantic prawn cocktail, pan-seared fillet of sea bass, followed by apple & blackberry crumble with warm vanilla custard. Lovely comfort food 🥰.

The biggest compliment of the evening was being told it was “the best fish they’d ever tasted” — as a chef, you really can’t ask for much more than that! 🥰🐟

Thank you so much, Janet, for choosing me to cook for you all and for making me feel so welcome. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and I hope I get the opportunity to cook for you all again someday. ✨

👨‍🍳🌟✨ A very special evening in the Lake District… ✨🌟👨‍🍳

I had the absolute pleasure of cooking at beautiful Hawkrigg Farm, Far Sawrey, Ambleside, for Mark and his guests, celebrating a late birthday and an early anniversary. 🥂❤️

Mark was an absolute pleasure to liaise with from the start, and I was made to feel so welcome by the whole group. They wanted a relaxed, sociable evening with plenty of interaction while I cooked — exactly the kind of private dining experience I love! 👨‍🍳😊

We started with generous sharing canapés before moving on to three courses, including Greek meatballs, homemade hummus, prime fillet steak and rosemary & redcurrant glazed chicken, finished off with some seriously indulgent but comfort desserts 🥰.

A huge thank you to Mark and everyone for choosing me to be part of such a special celebration. It was a genuine pleasure cooking for you all. 😊🌟

✨🥂 WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HEN DO! 🥂✨

The AI label is just the menu, the food is all me 😊!

We had the absolute pleasure of catering for this lovely group of ladies tonight at the stunning Peddlers Den 💍💕 — and what a lovely evening it was!

From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome.

The property was beautiful, the kitchen was absolutely immaculate (a chef’s dream! 👨‍🍳😂) and the whole evening had such a relaxed, happy atmosphere.

I cooked up a full Italian-inspired three-course dinner, with dietary requirements carefully catered for too. 🍝🍅🌿 Have a look through the photos and menu to see what was served! 👀😋

The best bit for us is always seeing everyone enjoying the food — and judging by some of the empty plates and happy faces, we think it went down pretty well! ☺️

We may have been slightly generous with the portions for some … 😂 but our rule is simple: we'd much rather leave you with delicious leftovers in the fridge than ever leave anyone hungry! 🙌

A huge thank you to Hope and all the ladies for making us feel so welcome. We hope you had the most amazing hen weekend and made plenty of brilliant memories together! 💕🥂💍

☀️🔥 A GREEK & MEDITERRANEAN BBQ FEAST! 🇬🇷🍋

The AI label is just the menu, the food is all me.

What a lovely afternoon celebrating Paul’s 60th birthday with his family! 🥳💙

This one was such a pleasure to cater. Paul and the whole family made us feel incredibly welcome from the minute we arrived at their beautiful home— even making sure we were kept topped up with drinks while we cooked!

🥰 The children were an absolute delight too, so polite and lovely, and it was just a really relaxed, happy family atmosphere.

And then there was Barney… our four-legged kitchen assistant! 🐶😂 He took his washing-up and pot-cleaning duties VERY seriously and was more than happy to help with anything that might have had a little food left on it! 🤣🍽️

The food was a big Greek & Mediterranean BBQ feast, cooked on their fantastic BBQ and served up family-style — smoky skewers, king prawns, sausage wheels, Greek lemon potatoes, salads, baked Camembert, dips, desserts and plenty more. 🇬🇷🔥🍤🥗

Everything ran beautifully, the family loved the food, and days like this are exactly why we love what we do. ❤️
