Today marks the 80th Anniversary of Victory over Japan Day (VJ Day) when the Second World War ended.

We will be paying tribute with a two minute silence at 12 noon today. Lets remember and thank those who fought and the sacrifices they made to bring the war to an end ❤️

Heritage Open Days are back for 2025 🎉

Take a walk around with Honorary Alderman Mary Glew, the Guildhall is a picture gallery of portraits of distinguished figures from Hulls history. This year's theme is come see the Renaissance style in this Grade II listed building 🏫

Tours are taking place on 12, 13 September at 10am & 12 noon each day
