Hi everyone

Sadly not such a positive post 🥹

We have been left disheartened upon a recent collection to find our soft play in this state

Our hire agreement states and we also confirm on arrival that all shoes must be removed while using the soft play
We also provide a shoe box with our hire to insure there is a place for shoes to kept while in use
Wearing shoes while on the soft play can easily damage and mark the soft flooring provided and the soft play its self

We also state no food or drinks on the soft play

Please do take this into consideration when hiring our soft play as damage like this will result in non refund of your deposit and possible added cleaning fees
