Thank you July, I had a ball, I met some lovely people and supported quite a few families during the month.
I'm looking forward to supporting more in August too, please remember that a celebrant isn't just there for funerals, other family milestones can be made special too, BUT, I really do love supporting families to give their loved ones a personal, loving and fun send off x

And here we are, half way through the year

🌿 Hello July 🌿

As we welcome a new month, I know many people will be making summer plans, celebrating special occasions, and creating precious memories with loved ones.

But I also know that for some, July may bring reminders of someone who is no longer here, a recent loss, or the difficult task of arranging a funeral.

Life as a Celebrant varies every day 💗
In the last week I have

~ met a family to hear all about their loved one who has passed away
~ met a couple who are getting married at the end of the month
~ arranged a meeting with a couple who are renewing their vows in 6 weeks time
~hosted a zoom training session as a guest tutor for a celebrant training team
~ written the funeral ceremony -almost, that will be sent to the family tomorrow for them to approve / tweak it

Not bad for a part time role 💗
I love being a Celebrant and supporting local families
