When people are collecting from my home I am happy to give our address for collection purposes only, please remember this is our home.
Today I've had a lady who has collected balloons from us before, turn up at my house with an unwanted pet that she was hoping we would take. I understand people can be desperate and trying find somewhere for a pet to go, but turning up at someone's door as you know they have pets and are animal lovers with no communication prior is not fair. There are plenty of rescues I would be happy to send people the links to or help you get in touch with.

Just want to give everyone the heads up.

We are going on a much needed holiday ✈️ from the 28th April until the 12th May.

If you're already booked in during that time period for collection that will go ahead as discussed when booked.

If you need anything for whilst we are away it's prebook only and collection only we cannot take any bookings for delivery while we are away.
