The wall plans were approved today by the builder with some tweaking (and it’s ended up better than the original anyway so that’s worked out nicely) although the time frame he was not impressed by!

Tried out our wholemeal, white and rye mix this time and I’m actually so pleased with how it turned out. The crumb’s a bit denser than a strong white flour mix, which you’d expect with the rye, but it’s still beautifully soft inside
