A dreamy hen party in the Oxfordshire countryside
We had the absolute pleasure of catering for a beautiful celebration at a stunning farmhouse for 20 lovely guests - each with their own dietary preferences: vegan, vegetarian, and no nuts.

Booked last September, this one was a labour of love- from menu trials to tastings, every detail was planned to the T.
We explored Pan-Asian and Italian menus, but in the end, bold Indian flavours stole the show.

From samosa chaat with chutneys & yoghurt, to tandoori chicken, chicken makhani, and chickpea curry- every bite was devoured with joy.
And for that sweet ending: a boozy tiramisu and silky dark chocolate mousse that had everyone going for seconds.

So grateful to be part of such a special day

Barcelona - Granada - Nerja - Marbella - Ronda - Seville !

1- Churros like nowhere else at the iconic
2- My fav Tapas was the prawn on toast in Barcelona
5- Octopus with mashed potato Barcelona

10- My fav experience was at a terrace restaurant facing the Alhambra at Granada

Trolleys, bags, boxes — packed with everything from spoons to centrepieces — because sometimes the venue is in the middle of nowhere, and forgetting one tiny thing isn’t an option.
It’s not just cooking.

It’s carrying the entire experience with me- literally.

We served some lovely food somewhere in the Cotswolds, where people from the family living in different countries and got together to celebrate a special occasion.

The crispiness of the fried noodles with the sticky sweetness of honey and nutty sesame, paired with creamy caramel ice cream—such a beautiful contrast of textures and flavors.
To add another layer, we added a splash of mango and passion fruit coulis on the base.
