Some of the beautiful flowers and foliage available this week from the farm and Flower Hub Gatwick. We sell wholesale to florists from both the farm and the hub and can also make up beautiful gift bouquets and arrangements for the public from our stunning locally grown, pesticide and chemical free flowers. You may or may not be aware that along with fellow flower farmer Charlotte from Whorls Flowers, I have started https://flowerhubgatwick.co.uk - a central hub for cut flower growers in Surrey, Sussex and Kent to list their flowers and foliage available; for florists to order and then collect everything from Smallfield Flower Farm in Broadbridge Lane, Smallfield. If you are a florist, please do check us out and register on the website. We have tons of beautiful stems available this week, from some amazing growers!
Smallfield Flower Farm and Whorls Flowers are also attending the Spring Gardening Show at Ardingly this coming weekend! Come and meet us!

The warmer weather is certainly encouraging the flowers to bloom now: ranunculus (with their own personal army of ladybirds to keep the aphids at bay - we don’t use pesticides on our flowers); white and purple honesty that we will use for their flowers in Spring and seedpods in Autumn; crabapple, all kinds of narcissus; poppies and wallflowers. I’m also very excited for the first Orlaya! 🥰.

The flowers are on their way; from massively tall stems of anemone, to beautiful crabapple and Orlaya budding up earlier than last year! The sweet peas are climbing steadily up their supports ranunculus are almost ready!
