UPDATED🚨 FESTIVAL SECURITY STAFF WANTED – SUMMER 2026 🚨
Want to try something a little different this summer? 🎶
We’re recruiting SIA Licensed Security Staff to work across major UK music festivals from May through to early September.
🏕️ What’s involved:
• Working at some of the UK’s biggest festivals
• Camping onsite for the duration of each event
• 12-hour shifts (typically 7–7 or 8–8)
• Roles include access control, crowd management & site security
đź’· Pay:
• Starting from £13.50 per hour
• + Holiday pay (approx. £15.13 per hour before deductions)
âś… What we need from you:
Of course standard background checks and regular PNC checks and a good command of english for safety and security operations.
• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor) minimum
• Minimum 6 months’ experience working under your SIA licence
• Reliable, professional & team-focused attitude
• Willingness to camp and work long shifts
• Availability across the summer months
• Ability to travel (car, coach or train)
• Own basic camping equipment
