Last orders on Bertha!

This is it, our last smoke on the old girl before she goes off to her new home. Bertha has seen us through some mighty cooks and long nights, we'll miss you old girl ❤️🐻😎

Big B here's to you, we'll crank the tunes and enjoy today's cook ready for our final event tomorrow with for their Christmas fayre!

SMOKING BEARS BBQ - THE FAREWELL EVENT!
SUNDAY 1ST DECEMBER 10AM - 3PM (OR SELL OUT)
POTTERS COOKSHOP, HOCKLEY, ESSEX.

The time has come for our last ever event and we're going out with a bang with our great pals over at for their annual Christmas Event.

Expect to see a lot of our bears packed into the gazebo as we serve up some seasonal BBQ for you all at this great event.....we even have a little surprise on the menu for you...

We will be serving up our famous smoked brisket, pork and turkey along with stuffing, festive sauces and some heart warming southern style gravy. We also have a pulled jackfruit on offer for our veggie fans.

For a send off special be serving up some whopping beef DINO RIBS!! They're going to be a limited offer so once they're gone....they're gone.

We hope to see as many of you as we can on the day to raise a glass (or brisket) to our little business and send the bears off in style.

This is it....the final event....ever.

Sunday 1st December we will be joining our amazing crew for our final BBQ event as Smoking Bears BBQ comes to a triumphant end. This has come round quickly and I'm not quite sure we're prepared for the end!! 🤣😭

It's very fitting that we finish with Potters, they gave us our first ever pitch trading and have welcomed us back so many times as we pitch up on the high street to feed the mouths of Hockley! We love you everyone at Potters, you have waved our BBQ flag for years of our trading and we're forever grateful ❤️

Had a blast this weekend with our final summer event at the popup! We were throwing out our usual which have apparently become infamous on the scene!

Thanks again to everyone who came out to support us, we really appreciate it! This is a shot of one of the breasts that we for the day on our 130 gallon 'Big Bertha'

Guys.....this is it.....this is your alert for our final ever BBQ event over summer before we shut the doors! We can't quite believe how quickly this has come around.

We will be serving up our BBQ from 1pm, this includes the meaty sandwiches, Texas Platter and pulled BBQ Jackfruit sandwiches for the day.

We hope to see you there and raise a glass to the end of another busy summer for us as we prepare for a break and then final event coming up in December.
