So lovely that the sun has made an appearance today, although there’s quite strong winds in our little corner of Hertfordshire.

We are creeping slowly but surely towards Litha and the Summer Solstice, my flowers and herbs are blooming in the garden and we have our first little crop of strawberries.

The Pause team are working hard behind the scenes with our individual business but also with all the little details of our Pause & Pamper Events.

We are not wishing the summer away but we are looking forward to seeing you all at our Mabon Event.

Today it seems that even nature is taking a Pause, offering a welcome relief from the heat and hopefully some much needed rain to refresh the earth.

Last nights full blue moon saw us leaving May and entering June, a month that brings the Summer Solstice and themes of Growth, Illumination and Balance.

Don’t forget to take a Pause for yourself today. Xx

It’s so nice to see the sun again isn’t it? Just in time for the bank holiday weekend 🙌

Heading towards summer, Hertfordshire is bursting with fabulous festivals and people will be heading off on holidays, so the next will be …………( insert drumroll) …….

🍁 6:00pm - 10pm.
🍁 Mabon Edition

We will still be active across our socials over summer - giving you info about our events and also about our first ever Mindful Market & Gathering that’s happening later this year.
