IS IT SPICY?
We all do it don't we? We even ask customers 'Do you like spicy?'
We mean 'How hot is it?'. 'Do you like mild, medium or hot?'. Even that description depends on personal taste.
Photo is a few of my spices, all often used in cakes and desserts, nothing we would describe as 'spicy', spiced maybe but not 'spicy'.

I love chopping and slicing. I love using fresh ingredients and, the whole process is usually relaxing, but, sometimes? I cheat, when it is for 70 people, I use my Ninja to slice onions. But.... move house and 'Where is the plunger thingy?' So.... I hate slicing onions!

Feedback from a new customer after her first meal..
'Wow, I loved the Cottage Pie, looking forward to trying my other meals'...Cottage Pie, every shop will have one. What makes mine different? Simple. Real, fresh ingredients, cooked, cooled, frozen. A portion that doesn't leave you hungry.
Quality, Taste, Value.
Here's the shocker.. I actually peel potatoes to make the mash for the top, nothing rehydrated!

I never thought peeling spuds at 6pm would make my day.
Neil - Short a few of your mash for orders going out tomorrow....
Me - Yes!! Doing them now! And, not kidding, I haven't been happier.
You can teach techniques, but you cant teach passion and OMG, I love to cook, I love to give people great, tasty food and, I am one happy bunny.... I am back xx

And we are back in business..........

We`ve been away for a short break as we've had a move from Highworth to Royal Wootton Bassett - but don`t worry, we`ll still be delivering to all of our lovely customers in Highworth, Swindon, Faringdon, Lechlade and surrounding areas.

And of course we are looking forward to welcoming lots of lovely new customers in and around RWB!

As always, we supply high quality home cooked meals, All completely Gluten Free, cooked by our Fussy Coeliac Chef in our completely GF kitchen (with a 5 star hygiene rating!) No cross contamination, no preservatives and no other nasties - just good homecooked GF food!

All our meals are delivered frozen. Just defrost and reheat when you want.

Only £7 per generous one person meal, or mix and match 4 meals for £25 and we`ll deliver locally free of charge.

Nearly back with you lovely people. Special order cooks aren't a problem - get some orders in, I am missing cooking for more than 2 people!
Meals from stock? Not so much.... all relocated to my other freezers to keep them properly frozen during the move, Neil's carefully sorted freezer is, like my chest freezer and, main freezer..... chaos. Need re-sorting.
