Did someone say Pizza!
Pizza making is underway for tonight’s special birthday buffet, the dough is made and left in the fridge to rise overnight to develop flavour!
We then knock back to remove the air, roll it out and hand stretch onto our deep pans, it’s then topped and popped in the oven 🥰
