We started today making our Christmas wreath pavlova!

This will keep in an air tight container for a few weeks, if it lasts that long 🙊

We will be topping ours with fresh whipped cream and seasonal fruit when ready to serve on Boxing Day 🍇🍓🍒🥝🍏

Tomorrow we will be at Henshaw Village Hall where we have cupcakes for your little ones to decorate! Our kitchen is in full swing today! We have 24 vanilla cupcakes, 12 jam filled cupcakes and 24 chocolate chip cupcakes👩🏼‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳

As some of our followers may already know, me and Izzy are both nannies. We look after a range of ages and both love our job!

I am very fortunate to look after 3 boys who love to cook with me, so yesterday we went on a scavenge for blackberries and today we have used them to make blackberry and apple crumble and blackberry ice cream 🍦

⭐️ Tip for the crumble, make the crumble, then bake for 15mins at 180c spread evenly over a baking sheet, this stops it going soggy on top of the fruit 👨🏽‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳
