It’s the annual Bromyard Scarecrow Festival this weekend! 🌿🍂

Can anyone guess who our scarecrow is? 👀 The theme this year is Heroes & Villains, and we couldn't resist creating this character, standing proudly in his own little woodland scene!

He’s been made as sustainably as possible using recycled flower paper, chicken wire, bark and leaves, bringing everyone's favourite tree hero to life while giving new life to recycled materials. 🌱

A huge thank you to my brilliant girls who came to the rescue this week and helped make him when time was running away with me. ❤️

If you're visiting Bromyard this weekend, keep your eyes peeled for our window and all the other fantastic scarecrows dotted around the town. Don't forget to pick up a competition entry form from outside the Halo Centre at the top of town and see how many you can spot!

We have a beautiful wedding to flower this weekend which means the shop will be open a little later tomorrow morning (Saturday 6th) - from 10am rather than 9am 🌸

We’ve had a beautiful fresh delivery of houseplants arrive this morning - perfect for treating yourself, gifting to someone special, or saying a big thank you to those wonderful teachers as the end of term approaches.

From vibrant potted calla lilies, symbolising good luck and new beginnings, to stunning trailing and hanging plants, as well as adorable mini succulents in coordinating pots, there’s something for every home and every occasion.

We are back open today following the bank holiday with fresh delivery of flowers including lots of longer-lasting varieties to beat the heat!

As always, it is highly recommended to change the water in your flowers regularly, every day if you can remember to when it’s as warm as this, keep flowers away from direct sun and re-snip the ends at an angle every few days to get the best vase life.

Feeling grateful for being on the cooler side of the high street today, we have switched up the window with drought-tolerant plants as it catches the early morning sunshine ☀️
