Our ceremony is a moment we’re choosing to be fully present for.

We’re gently asking that phones stay tucked away so the space is filled with faces, not screens. We promise there will be beautiful photos to relive it all later 🤍

Arriving on time matters more than usual — the ceremony will begin promptly, and late arrivals can be surprisingly disruptive to a moment built on stillness and connection.

You’ll also notice some reserved seating. This helps us keep close family where they need to be and allows the ceremony to flow smoothly for everyone.

Thank you for helping us create a calm, respectful, and meaningful start to the day. Being present is the greatest gift you can give us.

The Walled Garden Helperby is North Yorkshire’s most exclusive wedding destination. This Grade II listed Edwardian garden features our elegant permanent Sperry tent for receptions up to 170 guests, complemented by the licensed stone Cupola for outdoor ceremonies.
Set within historic Helperby Hall grounds, where the Milnes Coates family have been custodians since 1816. We never host more than one wedding at a time, ensuring exclusive attention to your celebration.
