🌤️ OUTDOOR HIRE INFORMATION 🌤️

At Five Hearts Events LTD, safety is always our priority when setting up outdoor bouncy castles and soft play equipment 💕

Before booking an outdoor hire, please note:

🌬️ We cannot set up if wind speeds or gusts are predicted to be 23mph or higher
🌧️ We cannot set up if rain, hail or thunderstorms are forecast
📍 We can only set up on suitable grass areas where metal pegs can safely secure the equipment
🚫 Unfortunately, we cannot set up on artificial grass, patios, decking or hard surfaces outdoors

We’ve had the pleasure of setting up at some truly beautiful venues and always do our very best to make your event extra special ✨

We kindly recommend having a back-up indoor plan in place should weather conditions prevent an outdoor setup from going ahead.
