Another successful wedding event at Waddesdon Manor, Bluecarrot Events catered for breakfast, lunch, canapés and main course table service, catering for the entire day!
Vegetarian menu for breakfast & lunch, Dokla, Punjabi Veg. samosa, Pakora's followed by Chana Masala with Bhatura, Potato Kadhi & rice. Simply a fantastic occasion set in a beautiful venue.

What a busy weekend, back to back events preparing live BBQ our delicious North Indian cuisine with a Kenyan twist! Truly a PA favourite.
Lamb Kebabs, Chicken Tikka, Gobi Manchurian, Paneer Tikka & Amritsari Style Fish Tikka were on the menu, prepared on site, we never compromise on quality.

For our events over the last week, we brought the vibrant flavors of tandoori cooking to life. Guests were treated to an array of succulent meats, tantalizing curries, and flavorful vegetables, all marinated in a blend of aromatic spices and yogurt. Our raging live bbq infused each dish with its signature smoky essence, creating a culinary experience that delighted the senses. From tender tandoori lamb chops to spicy paneer tikka, there was something for every palate to savor.

Our Story

Established 2003 by Sanjay & Babita Khanna, our mission was very simple.

‘ to be original, work with honesty and ensure or menu/dishes are super delicious!’’ Our BBQ catering is simply the best! and out of this world, We offer a complete package from a small get togethers of 30 people to a much more robust events of up to 250 people. Our style is Punjabi with a Kenyan twist.

Our menu’s are prepared live on site items such as kebabs, lamb chops, chicken tikka are cooked live on a charcoal BBQ/grill and we always use separate grills for the vegetarian options. We have built a strong brand and ensure that we always work within the UK Food Standard Agency (FSA) guidelines.

We take our responsibility towards health & safety very seriously. This provides all our clients with the reassurance of an exceptional, safe, and hygienic service. We have an open door policy and invite our clients to visit us at our bluecarrot office at any time during office hours.
