On 15th August, just 18 guests will take their seats for an exclusive evening celebrating the very best of the land, sea and seasons at Gotland Gin.

Our carefully curated 6-course tasting menu, created by Chef Joe Dibley, will take you on a journey through Earth, Pasture, Coast, Harvest, Orchard and Sundowner – showcasing exceptional local ingredients and bold seasonal flavours.

Slight lack of content recently! I've just been busy juggling πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ³ and πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸΌ. So anyway, here are some desserts to make up for it 😍.

A trio of Mediterranean themed desserts for the spring banquet over at earlier this month.

- Sicilian orange cake, whipped mascarpone, pistachio crumb. 🍊

- Olive oil chocolate mousse, brandy cherry compote, toasted almond. πŸ’

- Honey cheesecake, caramelized fig, meringue. 🍰

Cured meats including Gotlands own cured hogget from Beckland Charcuterie πŸ‘

Just the most delectable olives from πŸ«’

Punchy balsamic picked eggs from πŸ₯š

All finished off with homemade pickled market veggies, and fresh heritage tomatoes from the Isle of White. πŸ…

This certainly went down well, and my only criticism is that I couldn't elbow my way in-between a couple guests and join in! 🍽️

These are the next events. But they are very nearly full. Absolute last chance to grab a table. πŸƒπŸ»

Thai night at The Globe Inn, Beaford is now two nights (Friday 8th and Saturday 9th of May) Saturday might have a table left if you are quick. πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡­

The Greek menu over at The Devil's Stone Inn on bank holiday weekend on Sunday May the 3rd, is also very nearly full. πŸ‡¬πŸ‡·

So make sure to give them a call ASAP if you want to secure a space. πŸ“ž

A juicy lemon drizzle cake, mixed berry Eton mess, and a super seasonal forced rhubarb fool with a ginger snap. With the weather shifting this is just perfect to eat with friends in the sun. πŸ‹πŸ°
