A bit delayed … due to baby arrival!
but we want to say a HUGE thankyou to everyone involved in the Wetherby Lights Switch on! ✨
The rain certainly didn’t stop people coming to support all the entertainment planned for the day.
It was so lovely to see so many familiar and new faces supporting the Christmas Grotto.
But a big thankyou to ;
- for dedicating a lot of time towards organising such a huge event for the town
- The Wetherby Christmas lights team & Steve Kay- please remember without this voluntary group of individuals we wouldn’t have Christmas lights as it’s not financially viable.
- For all the amazing entertainment brought to Wetherby : the grinch, Olaf, Mickey Mouse, Santa and his elves, fire breathing, magician, oasis tribute & so much more!
- for all the help in organising the whole event & bringing all beautiful backdrops.

- All the fabulous school choirs - you brought the Christmas cheer.
