Little cat exhausted by the excitement of a visit to the vet and seeing his first snow. Zero happens here. It’s just relaxing to watch a cat breathe and snow fall. ⁣

Time to make Christmas puddings! A massive batch this year, not just for my family but for the 70-odd attendees of next week’s @ Christmas Lunch Club. 🎄🍾🎁🥣⁣

We begin by soaking fruit in booze. I got the idea to use Pedro Ximinez Sherry from and it’s so good. ⁣

We’ll finish the mixture and steam the puddings tomorrow. ⁣

I am not good at tooting my own horn but many, many people have told me that my Christmas pudding is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve removed the paywall from the recipe if you want to give it a go - have a look via the link in my bio ⬆️⁣

I love throwing clay but I’m mainly a hobby ceramicist. I don’t make stuff to sell. But I thought it would be nice to have some pickle weights available along with fermenting workshop gift vouchers. ⁣

These will be in my online shop in a couple of weeks, once they’ve been fired and glazed. Comment CIRCLE and I’ll send you a 10% discount code when they’re available. ⁣
