Imagine planning the most incredible Hen Party over one of the sunniest Summers ever.

Theme: The Princess Diaries✅
Location: A stunning riverside Air BnB ✅
Plans: To include Outdoor Cinema from yours truly…

Then, plot twist. Biblical rains and thunderstorms 😳

We did give Amber the option to cancel but, her lovely group decided to go with it and create the cinema experience indoors.

Although not in the original booking it was the perfect opportunity to bring along the Princess Frame and never have I been more proud-just look at that background! Absolutely stunning views.

When we arrived preparations were in full swing. Amber showed us the room which, although stunning, was rather blue and not very Princess‘y’.
Luckily I am not one known for underpacking so Team Canvas Belles quickly got to work with a little rearranging then covering every available space with pink!
Ruby is such a star and still doesn’t appreciate how good she is.

For a complete turnaround of the original plan and just an hour…Im quite proud.

Haven’t watched ‘The Princess Diaries’ with great attention before but, I thought it looked really pretty-just a shame the floor coverings refused to smooth out 🫣

Good morning! Woke up to beautiful blue skies and not the promised thunderstorm so we are all happy here!
Just about to head into school for a bit more classroom prep before coming home to prep for a beautiful returning family’s Festival this weekend so, thought I’d start the day by sharing this set up for another beautiful family’s festival in July!
We first met Leanne Mason during COVID when she needed extra accomodation for the amazing Hen Weekend because of social distancing.
Since then we have travelled to several locations to provide surprise birthday parties and create magical memories for her best friends and daughter. We are so grateful.
This year was the biggest-providing our bells for the most amazing festival organised by Leanne’s best friend on her parent’s land. It was a proper adventure following their buggy across fields to reach this beautiful location!

First day building a bell tent village for Lexie and Ollie and they were brilliant whilst Rubes and Brian were (long suffering) stars as always 💫

This was on one of the hottest days of the year so we had to have lots of mini breaks with drinks and ice lollies-we can testify that those velvet chairs are very comfortable!

Here is a beautiful flashback to a lovely sleepover we created for Tatiana17 in July. Her daughter wanted a rose gold theme for 6 friends. She was so excited but only got to help a little with set up as was a very talented gymnast and off for practise.
These photographs were expertly taken by Tatiana whilst balanced on the most beautiful sofa-I wouldn’t have dared 🫣
It was lovely to meet three generations of her family and talk about everything including the joy of festivals, thé beautiful sofa and also lovely Hayley Rogers-Hinsley and Mitzi Hartley for yet another kind referral. We are very lucky to have such lovely clients.

Good Morning, this time next week will be the return of school so I’m making the most of quiet mornings with little to do but try to catch up!
I’m going to share this first as it was unusually…
Our only request for an outdoor wedding bell tent this year
And also in the most stunning wedding venue. We get to travel to many stunning venues but this one blew us away because of the gorgeous views and also-that I live just 15 minutes away yet never knew of it’s existence!
The bride Helen was so lovely and had spent a week with her lovely sisters, friends and family setting up. Just keep asking for some of the most original table settings and@plans I have seen.
It was all just beautiful and, unsurprisingly as Helen is so lovely, she had surrounded herself with some of the loveliest suppliers-honestly was a joy to set up Saturday morning in the sunshine.
As always I try to include a little bit of everything to keep the children entertained-plus a low bed(dressed as a daybed) for the children(or adults) who get tired. Cushions and blankets to tie in with the brides theme and a little area to play outside.
This lucky wedding oarty were also blessed with a large outdoor games area with deckchairs and endless views towards Compton Verney.
Just lovely.
It was so nice to meet so many lovely people.
Many congratulations to Helen and Elliot and, if you are planning a wedding in 2027 then maybe check this venue and fabulous suppliers out.

Look at me-three posts in three days!!! Who is this person?!
Anyway. Good morning from my little coffee spot in Beer(keep scrolling to my last pic to see).
I hope you’re all having a lovely week. I’m a little out of synch with my posts but wanted to share this one as
1. Louise is wonderful and I’m so happy we could help plus
2. It shows how versatile the Emperor tent is.
In the previous post it was being inspected by a beautiful bunch of alpacas whilst getting ready for a ten strong sleepover. This time it was to create a beautiful space as additional accommodation for a young family. I didn’t take any photographs of the views but trust me it would have been the most beautiful spot for a morning coffee hence the double seating area inside and out.
There was no theme but I know Louise,like myself, is a stickler for detail so needed it to be special. My husband dared to suggest the lamps were too big but..the bed needed something tall so…. Let me know what you think.

Truly, Louise is the most incredible host and it is always such a pleasure to be invited back to create something magical for her guests so everybody feels special.

Now this has to go down as one of the best set ups this Summer!
Beautiful location✅
Gorgeous Bella’s 4th Canvas Belle’s sleepover✅
Wonderful returning family✅

À trip to Liverpool to see the Foo Fighters straight after and…
Alpacas!!!! Wonderful, curious, beautiful Alpacas!!!✅

We were super time limited on this one and it was at the end of an exhausting heatwave at school(back when heatwaves were a novelty) plus having our lovely friends over from Florida so… superstar Brian(guessing that I might also want time to catch up and chat with the gorgeous Freeman family) set thetent up on Friday evening so we had half a chance of making it to the concert!
There was an obviously à lot of chatter and it was hot. Brian may have called several times to check we were ok… we were very much ok-just rather distracted by these absolute beauties!!!!
Just look! Alpacas are the most beautiful, gentle animals and so gifted at making time disappear! They helped choose the cushions and were most delighted at the surprise Kerry had gifted them…except. It wasn’t for them!
This party was for Bella’s oldest and newest friends-ten lucky girls who got to enjoy a sleepover and movie night in the most beautiful setting and…with alpacas!
Kerry and Bella-thank You SO much again for inviting us back. We loved seeing you and having time with your girls
Please, please check Homeleigh Alpacas hysterical account. Thèse girls may not be allowed a bell tent just yet but they are rapidly becoming quite famous!

Good morning everyone! Well, it’s been a while hasn’t it! I have a lazy day today so going to do some catching up.
Let’s start with this beautiful set up , booked by the very lovely Hazel Fulton for her daughter’s birthday.
Her daughter wanted a ‘rose-gold’ theme which always panics me slightly! If you’ve booked me before you know I like to get things right and…there are a lot of variations to rose-gold so…I was very grateful to Hazel for choosing the cushions her daughter would love and to being very kind when I turned up with at least 199 bags of different choices 😂😂😂
Also, thé lovely discovery that Hazel is the photographer recording the beautiful gardens created by Isola Garden Design Limited and co-owner of Leamington’s only organic wine bar Grace & Vine definitely worth giving both a follow if you don’t already.

It was such a pleasure to be invited back to for her daughter’s birthday. This was a big oarty eith 12 teepees. We thought about different locations around the house but then,settled on the room used for our original sleepover, and it was perfect. 12 beds with a Stitch theme in here with cushions and tables set up in the cinema room for later.

Hello everyone! I hope you’re all enjoying the heatwave and the madness of Summer Term. We are enroute from London-ready to start the final week! I won’t lie. Having to go from 2days to 4 days a week teaching plus being invited to create so many parties has been a bit of a stretch but, my superstar team have been incredible and schools almost out! Plus, how lucky am to spend my days with incredible kids and get invited to so many returning families and new ones ❤️
I’ve actually loved it all and already excited for next September.
Sadly my grid has suffered a little so I’m going to try and do a little catching up before my battery dies!
First oarty is this beautiful set up for the equally beautiful .deards
We first met in COVID when she was organising a hen weekend in the Cotswolds and distancing rules meant extra accommodation was needed in the shape of 2 bell tents with a nautical theme!
Then we had a surprise oarty for her friend’s special arty and a double mermaid bell for her daughter Lois’ oarty! This was also for Lois’ birthday and such a cute idea. À tent for a disco and bingo with a cowgirl theme. A place for relaxing then 4 beds for a family sleepover. Such a gorgeous soot and we were greatly entertained by her neighbour’s Great Danes casually ‘going’ over the tall fence to have a nosey!
It’s always lovely to catch up and this week we get to do it all over agin as we create a family festival for her friends!!!

This was such a lovely party to set up x a Wicked Sleepover for 8 little girls who are the best of friends.
I’ll be honest, this was special for several reasons: I may know a few of the girls from a different role but also, the birthday girl lives literally ‘down the road’.
The shortest commute in ‘Canvas Belles’ ’ history!
I think this theme is one of my favourites-I love the combination of colours and props.
For this one the tray tables were in the adjacent room where our cinema screen was set up with cosy blankets, cushions and tray tables.
Thank you so much for having us. Ada, I hope you had the best time and you were definitely the most awesome helper!
