Are you passionate about creating thrilling experiences and looking to make an impact in a dynamic new business? Urban Underground, an advanced laser tag center, is excited to announce we have two fantastic opportunities available:

Location: Unit 26, Lower Rotunda, Serpentine Green Shopping Centre, Hargate Way, Peterborough PE7 8BE

1. Game Host
Job Type: Part-Time (Monday to Sunday)
Starting Hourly rate £8.60 to £11.44

Responsibilities:

-Facilitate laser tag games and ensure a fun, safe experience for all participants
-Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries
-Maintain and manage laser tag equipment and arena
-Support the team with daily operations and special events

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or entertainment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Enthusiasm for creating engaging and memorable experiences

2. Managers
Job Type: Part-Time (Minimum 24-hour contract, Friday to Sunday) & (Minimum 16 hours, Monday to Thursday evenings)
Starting hourly rate: £14.95

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the center
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff performance and customer experience
Handle administrative tasks related to staff management
Coordinate team meetings and training sessions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:

Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Training: Applicants will be required to attend training sessions prior to the open date.
