My favourite pen has run out of ink!!!!!😭😭😭
I love the way it feels when i use it and it writes so lovely.

And best of all, it was free!🤣

I took it as a freebie of the Obitus stand when i attended The Celebration of Celebrants conference earlier this year.

I wish i’d snaffled more now!🤣🤣

Oh well, back to using a BIC Stationery EU now!🤣

I woke up heavy and then remembered we have work to do. And that always helps me. We must take up the joyful task of being more Dolly. Being more ‘them’. Whomever it is you miss. That’s the way. Dolly threw her kindness, love and uniqueness around as though the supply was endless because it is. She made it herself.

💛🩷🕊️

My love to anyone finding this hard. It is hard. You’re finding it just as it should be. ###

This is from ‘larger than life’ in my new book The Art of Being Easily Pleased.

RIP Dolly. I saw her in concert once and she was brilliant. The world has lost a superstar.

In 2025, Meg Jones won the Rugby World Cup and the Six Nations with the Red Roses.

But behind the celebrations, she was experiencing profound grief having lost both her parents within the space of a few months in 2024.

In this powerful and honest reflection, Meg shares her experience of grief, the support that helped her, and how she learned that grief and joy can exist at the same time.

We're incredibly grateful to Meg for sharing her story with Cruse ⬇️

⚠️ We respectfully ask that you carefully reconsider all activities that may cause fire. The smallest spark can turn into a large and uncontrollable fire in a matter of seconds. 👉 Please read our advice below:

❌ Don't have BBQs.
❌ Don't light bonfires.
❌ Don't drop ci******es, matches or smoking materials on the ground.
❌ Don't leave glass bottles or litter in open spaces.
❌ Don't leave mirrors or reflective objects where they could focus sunlight.
❌ Don't use fireworks.
❌ Don't park vehicles on dry grass. Hot exhausts and catalytic converters can start fires.
❌ Don't burn garden waste.
❌ Don't use machinery that creates sparks near dry grass, crops or vegetation.
❌ Don't continue working if equipment is overheating.
❌ Don't ignore damaged exhausts, bearings or brakes that could generate heat or sparks.
❌ Don't let cut grass, straw or debris build up around engines and moving parts.
❌ Don't refuel machinery while it's hot or running.
❌ Don't leave machinery unattended while operating.

You’re so very welcome 🤗
