Lovely review for our ethical corporate catering job last week!

"On behalf of the Mayor and I, and all at Bognor Regis Town council, I just wanted to formally thank you very much for providing us with such a wonderful finger buffet for our Civic Reception last Wednesday evening. The food was superb, varied and plentiful and as advised on the phone, we had many compliments and leftovers were taken to local homelessness charity, Stonepillow.

Please pass on our thanks to all you team, who had clearly worked so hard.

Soft, locally baked rolls filled with a selection of popular ingredients:

Free-range egg & cress mayonnaise, topped with homegrown herbs (V)
Cream cheese, seasonal salad & black pepper (V)
Free-range Coronation chicken with little gem lettuce & homegrown herbs
Salami with wholegrain mustard mayonnaise & cornichons
Spiced beetroot hummus & spinach, topped with pumpkin seeds (VG, GF)

Handmade larger bites:
Meaty puff pastry sausage rolls with poppy seeds*
Sussex cheese & caramelised red onion frittata (V, GF)

Our corporate catering menus are designed to be colourful, nourishing and vibrant. With fresh seasonal flavours, featuring classic recipes, and some dishes with more modern twist, we can cater for any crowd. Our menus include variations for all dietary requirements including vegan, gluten free and dairy free. We include educational information about the ethics, provenance and seasonality of our ingredients, to inspire a greater connection to nature and how we eat can help both our own physical and mental health, as well as the health of the planet. We are a small team of passionate foodies based in professional kitchens at our founder’s home in Pagham, Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
