✨Don’t forget for your little one to get the very MOST out of our sessions and effectively encourage their skills and development it is best to attend as routinely as possible! ✨

💜 Our Flexible cancellation policy and PAYG framework also gives you the option to miss a week when busy schedules or sickness arises! 💜

🤔 What’s a Jiggy Credit?

And do you have some to spend? 🤔

🟣Our flexible booking system gives you control over your own bookings.

🟡We know how busy parenting life is - sometimes your plans change - you realise you cannot make a class ... And that’s absolutely fine!

🟣Just log into your Jiggy account at least 12 hours before the start of the class and cancel your session. (I can’t credit back any sessions cancelled after this time free).

🟡The system will give you a credit refund to the value of your session and you can book a Jiggy Class on another date that suits you or use it to purchase merchandise.

⛔️PLEASE NOTE I CANNOT CREDIT ANY SESSIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED LESS THAN 12 HOURS BEFORE THE SESSION START TIME⛔️

🟣There’s lots of people with unclaimed credits!

🟡Your credits expire 6 months after they’re issued so don’t delay. Use them, don’t lose them.

🟣Take a look at your account and if you have some credits to use, why not log in and grab a place at one of our classes over the next few weeks, put it towards a Jiggy party OR treat your little one to some of our amazing Jiggy Merchandise 🎉
