🎉 A LITTLE PARTY HQ BOOKING HEADS-UP 🎉
I’ve had a few messages recently from parents looking for party dates only a few weeks away, so I thought I’d pop this up as a little reminder. ❤️
Because our parties are so personalised, with different themes, décor and set-ups for each birthday, we only have a small number of party slots available each weekend.
That means some weekends can be booked up well in advance, even when we still have availability on other dates around them.
✨ If you’re hoping for a Saturday party, I’d recommend getting in touch around 8–12 weeks in advance.
If you have a specific date you really want, around three months ahead is even better.
Our main party days are Saturday and Sunday, with occasional Friday evening slots for older children, and we’re also opening a limited number of early-evening midweek dates for families who would love to celebrate on their child’s actual birthday. 🥳
We also offer instalment payments, so booking earlier doesn’t mean having to pay for everything at once. You can get your date in the diary and spread the cost.
So please don’t ever worry that you’re contacting me too early about a birthday. I’d much rather help you get the date you want than have to say it’s already gone. ❤️
