Tomorrow is my last day at for this year 🥺🎃 It’s always such a pleasure painting familiar faces - it’s the event I get most excited about when the leaves start falling 🍂❤️ There are still plenty of pumpkins to choose from and if you can’t make it tomorrow, will be back on Thursday too 👻 Get making those memories! There will come a day when it’s no longer cool to pose on giant spiders and sit in wheelbarrows 🥹

Starting back in my 3rd year at university and having the busiest Halloween to date isn’t for the faint hearted 🤯 But would I have it any other way? Definitely not! ❤️🫶🏻🥰🎃

Last October I was over the moon to be invited to an awards ceremony celebrating achievements in my first year, where I received both The Executive Deans Award for Academic Excellence in Early Childhood and Special Educational Needs and The Executive Deans Award for Resilience, Endeavour & Service ❤️

Yesterday I was invited back to receive the same award celebrating Academic Excellence in both Early Childhood and SEN again during my second year 🥳🫶🏻

I’ve never been one to sing my own praises, but going from thinking I wasn’t good enough to even attempt a degree when I was 18, to finding the confidence to just go for it at 30 years old is absolutely one of my proudest achievements (aside from being Bodhi’s mummy of course)! 🏆❤️

I’ve always been passionate about working with children and feel very strongly about the impact that childhood has on someone’s whole life. As much as I have always loved art, face painting for me is about making children happy and creating memories. Even now as an adult, I still remember the numerous times I had my face painted and how much it made me smile 🫶🏻 It’s because of this that I feel genuinely honoured to be part of your child’s day, maybe even part of a memory that will last well into their adult years.

When I say I’m grateful for a calendar that is full-to-bursting, I mean it with all of my heart. I really do believe I have the best job in the world.. Thank you for trusting me to be a tiny part in your child’s story ❤️🥰🫶🏻
