Red Blaze Retreat 2025 🌳
Following on from a day of reflection and forward planning, the team set themselves for a day of industry learning, taking part in a show round and activity session at the Cotswold Manor House, Estelle Manor.
Day 2 began with a light lunch at the Old Swan, a village pub dating back to the 15th Century (and former stomping ground for King Richard the third).
The team made the short journey to Estelle Manor, where the group took in the 5* venue and its surrounding areas, discussing ways our clients may benefit from using the Cotswold venue for their next Team Offsite or Corporate Event.
Following lunch, Red Blaze saw off the team trip with abit of competitive sport, firing away at the onsite activity centre. Team members, honed in on their inner gunman, using air rifles to take down a whole range of targets. Congrats to Gaby who was crowned the Red Blaze expert marksman.
A productive, informative and enjoyable occasion for the team. With over 50 client offsites organised in recent years, it was a great opportunity to practice what we preach and experience the retreat.
