PLEASE SHARE THIS GUYS…
It’s with sad regret I’m posting this here, as since I have went over to white collar boxing, I have not been finding the transition easy, it’s been so different to wat I expected.
I booked this show in Kingspark hotel for Friday, August 1st weeks ago and I have had the tickets now for over a week, I have been finding it hard getting boxers to appear on this event, as it’s not like the amateurs where I could build a show no problems using the warrior boxing site, to match, but I have been put out of that site now also now and I’m finding it hard to get boxers for my show on the 1st August, there have been lots of good people trying to help me and it’s been a very hard decision, but I went into the Kingspark hotel where I got the girl who booked it with me couple of weeks ago,
I told her the truth about the reason I’ve had to cancel, she turned round and said she had been speaking to one of the owners ;(Jess) and he had said it was a white collar show I was running, I said yes, I had mentioned this at the time, advertising on social media about it, she turned round and told me that, Jess has said if it was W/C show it wasn’t to go ahead anyway….
I was wandering when I was going to get told this, but I’m a great believer that everything happens for a reason, because if I hadn’t cancelled today, I would have been selling tickets for this event, where I would have to return the money to the boxers wen I was told the show was cancelled,
so like I say, things happen for a reason,
I went in Cancelled the show, but it was getting cancelled anyway…
So just letting everybody know just now, that there is no show in Kingspark hotel on 1st August….
But we are still training and I will be starting the Train for Fight,Glasgow soon, this way I will start to get more boxers I can use for future events… 🙏
