Quite a month we've all had in Glasgow, with Cop26 keeping us busy. Michael dropped in to the team over at Inhouse to help manage their huge project "The Sustainable Landing Glasgow." The van and Aaron got a fair run in!

Meanwhile we visited our friends at John Doe to design the perfect serves for Caisteal Chamuis (pronounced "Castle Camus"), shoot for the Insta and helped to produce the press packs for their launch. Great to work with hugely talented photographer Alexis Ko! Great dram - special thanks to Sam Worrall and Coeur Sauvage for hooking us up with the Red Dulce for our "sea spray."

The Scottish Grocer of the Year Awards 2021 at Hilton gave us a chance to reach over 300 guests with a Black Bottle Old Fashioned and Tobermory Gin Calgary Sea Breeze. Shout out to those who took time out of their busy industry jobs to represent these gorgeous brands. Thanks to Blair Kelly @ Bekay Visual for coming out and shooting for us. Look forward to more collaboration next year.

Rounding out the month was a private party hosted by Stephen Molloy and Aaron, for a brilliant crowd. We had a blast - been a while! We've one more activation and a month of preplanning for 2022. Sure, we'll take January off 😂🤘

Well, we've been busy! With a couple weeks notice, we pulled off a record breaking weekend of sampling with Amarula UK, a few thousand cocktails at Glasgow Cocktail Week with Dead Man's Fingers, Whitley Neill & JJ Whitley and a fantastic wedding reception service at The Engine Works (check them out, it's a top-notch venue!)

We loved every minute of high octane planning, coordinating and executing these gigs. Nothing happens over night - unless it needs to! We also have some more exciting news... but let's save that for next month.

Nope, it's not a picture of a cocktail! There are more than enough glamour shots of drinks floating around right now... no, this month's update is a wall. We've been busy, you see, outside of the kitchen.

Maybe it's a metaphor for the state of the industry and our intention to continue bringing real, tangible value to any room we're in. Maybe it's a clue as to our next project. Maybe we drank all of the whisky in our stores and decided to build a sauna.

We hope to return to our conversations by the end of the month. Already, phones and inboxes across the land are gently vibrating as the exciting world we once knew reawakens.

March was going to be a good one! We had 3 exciting gigs lined up and some big conversations were under way on two of our projects for later in the year. As a physical activation company, it's safe to say that 2020 might not be the year we all had planned.

But don't worry! The team are still manning the lines, so don't hesitate to get in touch. And we aren't going to spam you with pictures of drinks. We made a big impact in 2019 and when the world is ready, we will pick up right were we left off: delivering the kinds of face to face service that only Double Neat guarantees!

You know what February needs? It needs more colour!

The new Tobermory Gin is outstanding in it's innovative approach to botanicals. Using Tobermory new-make, tea, elderflower and wild heather, it's got an exciting palette - and we love their colourful campaign. It got a fantastic reception at the annual Drinks Retailing Awards at the Dorchester Hotel, London. We look forward to our next outing!

New year, new office, new clients. 2020 has been pretty neat already! [Promise not to use "neat" as an adjective ever again]

With several projects ongoing, we decided that an entire wall that is a whiteboard is indispensable. You can now visit us at our Clockwise Offices, on the 10th floor. Visiting hours are 12-3; please bring donuts. We've already had a few friends & colleagues come say hi, so don't be shy!

It hasn't all been strong coffee and whiteboard markers. We'd like to thank Michael and Sam at S.E.A Spirits for putting our bar through it's paces at the Glasgow Bartenders Club first annual ball. We can now confirm that the bar is rated for leanbacks and dancing upon. Hit us up for bar and kit hire, delivery and collection.

Needless to say, the GBC Ball broke our 20 days of sobriety... so what better way to follow that up than with a couple days of cocktail design! More details to follow on that particular project.

There are cranberries on the garnish station and that can only mean one thing: it's the December recap! We started the month with our last Amarula UK trip of the year - at the fantastic Hampton Court Palace. See below for happy Amarula fans. Also, check out our "live edge" bar. Hit us up for deets.

Couldn't think of a better way to round up the year than accommodating our pals Wire, at their Glasgow office, in a Christmas cocktail competition! "Gillian's Clear Vodka Old Fashioned" (Carey named it - Aaron) was absolutely stunning.

And then we had a couple of days off. That's us back to it though - far too much to get done!

Remember November? With Christmas approaching, we were on the road with Amarula UK! First we visited the lovely Foodies Festival Tatton Park to spread the word, before revisiting our annual Amarula Appreciation Activation at the BBC Good Food Show Birmingham NEC. They love that delicious drop in Brum - so much so that we may have to bring two vans next year!

And so we go into December. This weekend we are at Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre; where we plan to keep the masses warm with a special Winter serve, in addition to sharing our samples. Some cool last minute gigs before Christmas and touching base with some of the friends we made this year. Then we might have a wee week off!

October round up! Spritzes are out; whisky is in!

This month left us with positive kitchen envy - over at the Kitchens International Edinburgh flagship, it was our pleasure to join some of Scotland's top designers (and one of our favourite celebrity chefs!) in celebrating 25 years of drawers with hot sliding action.

Then we were at The Engine Works to celebrate 125 years of Knockdhu distillery - on offer were 4 cocktails, using the AnCnoc Single Malt Whisky 12yr and peated expressions. If you buy one bottle this month, make it Peatheart. Well balanced whiskies made for some delicious drinks indeed!

What a great month! Thanks to all of our colleagues, partners and collaborators. September was expected to be a bit of a breather for us - but the world demanded events; so we delivered.

Unfortunately, this post goes out before we have the chance to share the fantastic photos from Glasgow Cocktail Weekend at the Arches - so you'll just have to wait till next month! (Or check our insta soon)

We were honored to be asked to manage the delivery of service and worked with some top class bartenders to represent some quality products - and serve Sebastian Stańczyk's delicious drinks! Next year will be the third of what is shaping up to be a great calendar event. Watch this space ;)

October is already stacked with some exciting events - Amarula, anCnoc and more. Seems like A is our lucky letter!
