The perfect platter duo does exist! When catering for a crowd, keeping everyone happy is the ultimate goal - here we have created the perfect balance with a vibrant, fresh Vegan selection alongside a premium Charcuterie selection.

✨Crudités & Hummus Platter served with a side portion of Falafel – crunchy cucumbers, baby corns, carrots, juicy tomatoes & more! with original and caramelised onion hummus.

✨Mixed Charcuterie Platter – a selection of premium cured meats, stuffed peppers, olives and juicy melon slices.

Rome POV 🎞️

A recent trip to Rome to celebrate my bf’s birthday. As always I had done a lot of research prior to make sure we were hitting all the best spots! Here’s some of the highlights with all details below…

Alice & Scott 🤍✨

As well as a statement spread I offer a bespoke tablescaping service to suit the vibe of your wedding & venue. In truth it is one of my favourite parts to work on as I believe it elevates the whole grazing experience!

Key design elements that I focused on for this look were:

~Checkerboard Placement: To ensure a large spread feels curated, never cluttered.

~Mirrored Surfaces: Adding depth & light to the table, making the layout feel more stylised rather than flat.

~Sleek Stainless Steel: Using a tiered stand and varying coupe heights to create height & interest.

It’s all in the details. 🤍✨

Alice & Scott 🤍✨

Walking you through the full length of this wedding feast at the stunning Bridge Gardens - from the Charcuterie, Cheese and Crostini Platters to the Olive & Pickle Coupes and the Fruit & Crudités Tower. Everything was carefully curated to create that wow factor!

Alice opted for a flatlay tablescape, and I got to work on the planning. To create visual interest, I introduced mirrored tiles which complemented the silverware perfectly!

I love how this turned out and so did the bride! She kindly commented: “The setup looked absolutely amazing. Everything was truly above and beyond expectations.”

Milano 🇮🇹

A perfect weekend catching up with friends! We did what we do best: exploring, enjoying great food, and raising a glass or two to many more trips together!

Here’s a snippet of what we got up to:
~ An afternoon of €5 Spritz’s & snacks galore - great value & even better service!
~ Finished by a round of Espresso Martini’s which was accompanied by an even bigger platter - the whipped salted butter & warm bread combo was outstanding!
~ Wine tasting & tour .milano - must do when in Milan! Our host .gatti was amazing!
~ Cheers to the freakin weekend!
~ Gorg Platters prepped and ready to go!
~ Popped in for some pics of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele - Italy’s oldest active shopping arcade
~ Ate some delish Ragu - not far from the Galleria & Duomo
~ Spotted my future set of wheels - the Topolino!
~ Breakfast at Bulgan - their tagline is “no sugar in my coffee” - FYI the same applies when asking for caramel in your iced latte, it was a hard no from them!
~ Queued for an All’antico Vinaio Milano focaccia sandwich & it was worth the wait! Bursting with flavour!
~ Some weird & wonderful cocktails on the Navigli Canal which was near our apt - cool little area with lots of restaurants & bars!
~ Shared some tasty pizza’s
~ .milano Hugo’s overlooking the canal
~ traditional Milanese Saffron Risotto
~ .milano cocktail & vinyl bar
~ wine & small plates bar - featuring a tasty little selection of local cheese!
