This one has definitely been a challenge — over 200 cream puffs, each topped with a little crumble, filled with silky crème pâtissière, and carefully stacked into a tall tower held together with golden caramel.
It’s called a croquembouche, a traditional French showstopper that’s often served at weddings — and this beauty was exactly that, a wedding “cake” with a twist.
Messy hands, sugar burns, and a whole lot of patience… but seeing it all come together was 100% worth it.
