What. A. Weekend.

On top of my wedding cake taster boxes and a buffet for 17 people (which I'll post more about later), I made these:

- An 8" vanilla cake with pink and gold accents
- A giant (10") chocolate chunk cookie 'cake'
- A 6" chocolate drip cake

I have been on-the-go pretty much non-stop for the past week. I'm so grateful for every order, but perhaps I need to learn when it's time to say "sorry, I'm fully booked!" 😅

Thankfully this week is looking a little calmer!

Today I dropped off a delivery of Kinder cookie pie, Jammie Dodger blondies and millionaire's shortbread to a real life shop in Wallsend!* 🛒

Individually wrapped in biodegradable film bags and complete with a full ingredients list, best before date and Sweet & Fair branding 🥰

This may or may not become a regular thing, but it's exciting to see my bakes sitting on a shop shelf!

Two birthday cakes - one for a 3 year old boy and one for a 4 year old girl! (Cars, road sign and traffic cones were toys provided by the customer and are not edible!) Which is your favourite design?

A front row seat for these Birthday Bueno Brownies delivered yesterday!

I also made a batch of Kinder Bueno brownies for the pub, alongside some S'mores cookie bars. I went to FIVE shops looking for marshmallow fluff and failed, so substituted for mini marshmallows, but I think it worked! Got to stop offering flavours before I've got the ingredients 😅

So grateful to for the opportunity to cater for their Christmas Launch event this morning!

It was a 9.30-11am event, so on the menu was everything from breakfast pastries and blueberry streusel muffins - to smoked salmon bagels and mini frittatas! With a beautiful rainbow of fruit and, of course, a few sweet treats 🌈😋

Rather than drop off and run, I stayed for the event, organised by and had a lovely time networking with other attendees! It was great to hear more about Feeding Families and to listen to a speech from the Mayor of the North East, Kim Mcguinness, about child poverty.

This Christmas, Feeding Families are taking part in the 'Big Give Christmas Challenge'. Any donations made between 2nd-9th December will be doubled, helping even more people facing food insecurity! Give their page a follow now so you don’t forget to donate when December comes around! 🥰

Introducing the Sweet & Fair AW25 Collection 💃

Jk, but here's me in my brand new 'uniform' so I can be a walking talking advertisement for my business wherever I go 😂 I got this from - I rocked up to their shop in Newcastle, placed an order and was able to collect it later the same day!

Feeling a little bit overwhelmed today with it being November already 🎆

I was hoping to have all my Christmas menus ready to go today 🎄 but I'm not sure that's going to happen... I've got an exciting event to cater for next week, lots of lovely enquiries coming in (which is amazing!), plus I have lots of decisions to make for a much needed en-suite renovation starting next month 🚿 My brain doesn't know where to start! 🤯

So here's me pretending I've got it all together 😅
