💐Today Stacey met with two of her lovely wedding couples to start planning their special days 💍✨

Did you know , we can meet you anywhere ,in your home, a cosy coffee shop ☕, or in our office! 🩷

But look 👀 don’t we just have the most beautiful spaces at County Buildings , Forfar 😍

And to anyone who thinks registrars can’t meet you outside the office… completely wrong 😉
(Although with spaces as lovely as ours, you might not want to go anywhere else! ✨💕)

Sometimes this job brings the loveliest full circle moments 💛✨

We were absolutely delighted to be contacted by our former colleague Jacqui, who left us a few years ago😢😢, to ask if she could conduct a wedding for close friends ,Carrie and Leigh 💌

🩷One of the special things about being registrars is that we’re able to arrange a temporary one day authorisation for former registrars, and it was an honour to make this happen 🤍📜

Jacqui, who many will remember as a registrar in Forfar, led a truly wholesome outdoor ceremony at the Jock Neish Centre 🌿🌸 surrounded by family, friends, and so much love 💍🥂

The ceremony was beautiful, personal, full of warmth with plenty of giggles 😂 oh and happy tears 🥹 along the way💜

A particularly touching moment was the use of a quaich that had belonged to Carrie’s late granda Gillies, 💙such a meaningful way to include him in their day 🥃💫🕊️

Who knows… maybe we’ve tempted Jacqui back just a little too🤣😉

On Monday which was also the hottest day ever! ☀️🔥 Jane had the absolute pleasure of conducting a civil partnership signing for the loveliest couple, Irene & Robert at the Townhouse Montrose 💛

A civil partnership signing is a legal binding that gives couples the same protections and rights as marriage, but without the traditional marriage ceremony simple, meaningful, and completely about you ✨
