Thereโs something special about a weekend, where food is made for picnics and to be shared ๐ฟ๐ฅง
This week Iโll be baking a few seasonal garden pies for Liberation Day (Saturday) โ a dish I deeply enjoy and love to serve with a fresh green salad.
Roasted beetroot, butternut squash, spinach, red onion, blue cheese & pistachioโฆ all wrapped in a golden lattice pastry โ๏ธ
Made for passing plates and eating outdoors (hopefully in the sunshine ๐ค)
