The vibrant new yarn installation is now proudly on display above Moda on Rendezvous Street, Folkestone! Purl Queens - yarn installationsbrilliant Purl Queens collective, this is the fifth stunning artwork to grace this building since 2011.

Curated by the incredibly talented artist Goldie Burns, the Purl Queens continue to enchant us with their colourful, community-spirited creations. Each piece tells a story — and this year’s installation even includes contributions from as far away as Los Angeles!

We’re thrilled to see Folkestone brought to life with such joy and creativity. Long may the yarn magic continue

🎉 We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that after we open our doors to the wonderful people of Folkestone on Friday, the brilliant Sarah Hadland will be officially opening our brand-new store this Saturday at 10am! 🎉

You’ll recognize Sarah from her hilarious role as Stevie in the hit BBC comedy Miranda, as well as her appearances in That Mitchell and Webb Look, Horrible Histories, and many other brilliant TV and film productions. 🤩

Come along to celebrate, say hello, and be one of the first to explore our amazing new space. It’s going to be a day full of fun, laughter, and good vibes — you won’t want to miss it!

⚽ IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT EURO 2024 ✈️

The next game of England’s journey at The 2024 EUROs will fall on Sunday 30th June. This is the same day as Armed Forces Day in Folkestone, which includes an Airshow, and has always been an incredibly busy day for us.

With the Red Arrows due to take to the skies around kick off and being a major venue to witness this spectacle in the skies, we cannot accommodate both large scale events in a safe, well managed way. Your safety and enjoyment have always been our top priority, and we therefore cannot show the upcoming England game. We apologise for any disappointment football fans, but this is out of our hands!

But fear not. Should England progress (🤞) we look forward to being able to show their journey on our big screen; the best way to enjoy live sports. Tickets will be charged at £12 for adults and £4 for children (4 - 14) +booking fee.

With unparalleled views right across the coastline and a huge variety of food and drink on offer, Folkestone Harbour is definitely one of the top places to take in the display. We look forward to welcoming you.
