✨️Locally farmed West Country shin of beef from Kings slow roasted in our woodfired oven in ale and local onions paired with spinach and mozzarella all piled onto our signature cheese sauce base made with local cheese✨️

And its almost gone...😅

Silver linings ✨️🤎

We're super proud of this one here at team ember and we just had to bring it back for you guys this week! 🥳

Our recipe is a true family treasure, passed down through generations and lovingly made using the same traditions that have been at the heart of our family for years 🫶

By combining our generations-old family recipe with delicious local ingredients (our eggs come from Crabhayes farm Dairy just a mile from base, while we obtain other delicious local ingredients like flour and cream from Greendale Farm Shop and Langage Farm Dairy) we create a dessert that celebrates the very best of Devon - full of tradition, quality and a little taste of home ✨️🍮

We’re so proud to share a little piece of our family history with you all, and this award makes it even more special 🥹🩷

You already know this one: 😜

👉-Soft homemade toffee pudding.
👉-Luxurious homemade butterscotch sauce.
👉-Served with Devonshire clotted cream.

Fancy something that gives the fizz but not the fuzzy head? 😜

Meet our *NEW* locally sourced drink...Courtneys of Whimple Devon pressed sparkling apple juice - now hitting the hatch here at ember pizza 🔥🔥

These guys are friends of ours who base themselves in the beautiful Devonshire countryside of Whimple, just a couple of miles from the ember pizza base! 🙌

As associates of Taste East Devon, they share our passion for all things "Proper Devonshire" and homemade - as all of their drinks are produced as naturally as possible using apples from their ancient Whiteways Orchard, with none of the usual additives found in mass produced beverages 🍎🌳

We are super excited to be stocking a drink that is produced just a few miles from our own base and we hope you enjoy it! 🥰🥰

It's the perfect pairing to your favourite ember pizza of course 😜🍕👌

Reintroducing ourselves 🥰💚

-Passionate about everything being HOMEMADE by US to ensure we know every single ingredient of every single menu item.
-*BIG* into supporting other amazing local producers (if we don't know exactly where our produce has come from it ain't hitting that hatch 💁🏼‍♀️)

Oh.... and we have now won 4 AWARDS since starting our little lockdown venture 6 years ago 🥹🎉

🔥THIS WEEK'S SPECIALS🔥

✨️Tuesday (Topsham)✨️
👉 Greendale Farm Shop pork slow roasted in our woodfired oven to pull-apart perfection and maximum smokiness, paired with woodfired bacon, homemade fig and plum chutney (handmade by a friend of ours who is a local artisan producer), on a bed of fresh baby spinach topped with creamy Fior de Latte Italian mozzarella - all piled onto our homemade cheese sauce base (made using Quicke's mature cheddar from Greendale).

✨️Thursday (Westclyst)✨️
👉Slow roasted woodfired Greendale lamb coated in our secret recipe aromatic house moroccan spices paired with homemade basil pesto, roasted butternut squash from our local allotment and Fior de Latte Italian mozzarella all piled onto our San Marzano tomato sauce base.

✨️Friday (Broadclyst)✨️
👉Locally farmed West Country shin of beef cooked low n slow in our woodfired oven alongside Otter Ale and local onions - topped with Fior de Latte Italian mozzarella and all piled onto our signature homemade cheese sauce base (as mentioned before)

And for dessert...🩷

Our award winning Sticky Toffee Pudding just HAD to make a comeback for the celebrations! 🔥🙌

Homemade with a generations old family recipe and served with a homemade luxurious butterscotch sauce and delicious Devonshire clotted cream from Langage Farm Dairy, it will certainly be a winner with your tastebuds too 😉

To win GOLD for our takeaway business is a huge honour, and to see our sticky toffee pudding recognised with a SILVER award out of hundreds of amazing producers across the county makes the night even more special ❤️
