A labour of love, and one of our favourite dishes to create.
Handmade from scratch, this classic French terrine is encased in golden pastry and served with roasted figs, pickled shallots, wild herbs and a drizzle of fig leaf oil.
Created as part of a fully bespoke French menu — a celebration of technique, seasonality, and timeless flavour.
