The hardest thing in life sometimes can be being completely honest with ourselves about the situations and decisions we have made or haven't made. The situations we gave energy to that we shouldn't have. We have to be accountable and get real uncomfortable with ourselves in order to deal with the root cause of why we make the decisions we do. Therapy works wonders when you actually use it and apply the energy.
