I NEVER IMAGINED that I would be living my dream as a WEDDING/EVENT FLORIST & WEDDING PLANNER.

Hello There,

I am Nicky the the founder, chief florist and wedding planner at Auburn Amore.

Why did I decide to become an event florist and wedding planner?

This journey started in 2015 when I became a neurodiversity teacher. I am never shy of taking on big challenges, so I thought, start a “new job’ and why not take on another challenge too- train to become a florist!

I’d always been creative and loved colour, art, interiors and flowers. Once I started studying floristry I ‘fell under the spell!” and became OBSESSED with flowers.

Not long before COVID, I opened my retail flower shop. I loved the banter with my customers and creating flowers for all their life events. In that shop, my passion for weddings grew.

Weddings fulfilled my creativity, I could carefully select every stem, and work with beautiful, luxury flowers. Event floristry has allowed me to tailor my designs to my clients and work on a larger scale, which I love.

My wedding planning service is me, continuing to serve my clients to ensure they have the best wedding day possible.
I’m passionate about planning and creating beautiful weddings develop a relationship with my clients over months /years.

ORCHID ABUNDANCE

I’m always asked about orchids…There’s no sugar coating around their cost , YES they are expensive‼️

I’m a truly surprised at those, who expect a bouquet, that includes orchids to be the same price as a standard bouquet…

My floral design is modern. bold and abundant. I love using bold colours and pushing the boundaries with the textures, shapes and designs.

My signature style, is created with an abundance of premium blooms… those dreamy garden roses, blousy hydrangeas and peonies, and modern tropical blooms; anthuriums and orchids.

Couple’s Final Consultation Service

I offer all my couples, a chance to have a last consultation meeting around 6 weeks before their wedding.

This is my favourite sort of consultation meeting, as it’s a chance for me to catch up with my couples as see how they are , and how life is before we begin talking about the juicy wedding details.

Whether you are a planning or floral client, I verify the details that we’ve already agreed such as the colour scheme, numbers, locations. It’s another opportunity to explore different options for flowers, decor or adding extra entertainment.

Welcome to Our Online Shop.

We offer a select range of wild, rustic, seasonal flowers. Our delightful, environmentally-friendly bouquets are paper wrapped, with a handwritten note. We will endeavor to deliver orders placed before 1 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm are available for next day delivery.

Please note, all our bouquets are bespoke and therefore flowers may differ slightly from bouquets in photo images.
