❌❌ COVID 19 UPDATE ❌❌
After much consideration we have decided to re-open our business for the hire of our equipment. We of course have had to consider the current pandemic and amend our current Terms & Conditions to ensure that we are following government guidelines.
We have taken time to ensure that all of our equipment has gone through an extensive deep cleaning process before being distributed for hire. We shall take extra precautions to ensure Payments, deliveries and collections are all contactless.
We ask that all of our customers take the time to read through our new and updated Terms & Conditions before agreeing to hire our equipment. As always our Customers & Employees safety is paramount.
• Our Bouncy Castles & Equipment hired will and can NOT be re-hired for 72 hours, Our Equipment will be sanitized on delivery, collection and deep cleaned between hires.
• We are only able to hire for BACK GARDEN USE ONLY! (NO COMMUNAL AREAS) Only the same household can use the equipment hired, Social gatherings are still NOT allowed!
• We ask that you ensure you have clear, open access to the garden and that the gate is left open for us, We are unable to transport our equipment throughout the home, garage or outbuildings. We will not be able to touch or move any items that may restrict our access. Otherwise delivery may be denied.
• Please provide your own suitable extension lead fit for purpose to suit a 13 amp plug. (If you do not own an extension lead we can work around this)
• Please ensure all payments are made through are website,paypal of bank transfer before the hire of equipment this helps us maintain our contactless service. You must also agree to our Terms & Conditions and Electronically sign our disclaimer before delivery.
• We shall ring you within 20minutes of delivery/collection, We kindly ask that members of the household remain inside to ensure risks are reduced. If you would like to demonstrate where you would like the equipment safely installed we ask that you do this at a distance of 2 metres.
• Our staff will be wearing PPE on delivery and collection to protect both you and themselves, We recommend that the equipment is left inflated to enable us to sanitize before safely packing away.
• We ask that should any of your household become unwell, or develop symptoms of any kind that you please reschedule your hire for a later date after the recommendes isolation period.
• As always our equipment can only be installed on REAL GRASS ONLY!
• There will be no exceptions to the above rules and we can/may refuse hire on the spot should we feel the above terms are not being followed.
We cannot stress enough that our service must be COMPLETELY CONTACTLESS, OWN HOUSEHOLD AND BACK GARDEN USE ONLY! This is to protect both us and you and to ensure that we reduce any form of risk and that we are adhering to government guidelines at all times.
Sadly our Soft-Play, Ball Pits and Ride ons will not be available for hire as these are not so easy to disinfect and sanitize.
We hope that you can understand the reasons for the above terms, and we look forward to providing you with a SAFE, CLEAN,CONTACTLESS, PROFESSIONAL service.
