Delivering CBRE's flagship European client event in Barcelona

For nearly 20 years, we've had the privilege of supporting CBRE on some of its most important events. This year saw the return of Power of Three, CBRE's flagship European client conference, held at the iconic W Hotel in Barcelona.

Bringing together around 450 senior clients and decision-makers from across Europe, the event provides a platform for networking, relationship building, and conversations that help shape the future of the industry.

Working closely with CBRE's European creative team, we delivered full production for the event, from set design collaboration and technical production through to logistics, installation, show operation and de-rig. The result was a sleek, integrated event environment designed to reflect the quality and professionalism of the CBRE brand.

A huge thank you to the CBRE team for their continued trust and partnership. Relationships like this—built over almost two decades—are something we're incredibly proud of.

This month, we had the privilege of producing and sponsoring the NSPCC Childline Ball at The Savoy.

All Safe and Sound delivered full-service production support for the NSPCC Childline Ball — from atmospheric lighting, immersive sound, and set design through to expertly crafted build and print — working hands-on from concept to completion. As a sponsor, we delivered the event on a no-profit basis, and by carefully managing scope and cost without compromising on quality, we helped maximise the funds raised on the night, ensuring more goes directly towards the NSPCC’s vital work.

Hosted by Rebecca Wilcox and Kate Lawler, the evening featured unforgettable performances from Mica Paris, Marvin Berglas, DJ Neev Spencer and The Traitors Ash Bibi who spoke so profoundly and bravely on her personal experiences.

Together, an incredible £533,000 was raised — with amazing auction prizes including a VIP Wembley experience, private dining at Zuma and exclusive travel experiences.

A standout sale featuring 66 exceptional collector cars, attracting global bidders from over 30 countries and achieving an impressive €9 million total with an 85% sell-through rate.

From iconic classics to modern supercars, it was a true celebration of automotive excellence and craftsmanship.

Working behind the scenes at Bonhams is always a privilege and we’re excited for the year ahead.

It was an absolute pleasure working with The King's Trust at The Chancery Rosewood last week for a spectacular evening, where over £2,500,000 was raised to aid young people in need, focusing on areas such as employment, education, and personal growth.
Seeing such generosity in action was breathtaking!!
Bravo to everyone involved, and a special mention to the incomparable Robbie Williams and Scott Mills for closing out the evening.

A night that will be etched in our memories forever. ✨✨

An Oscar-worthy performance and a glamorous night to remember ✨

From concept and design through to completion, we were proud to deliver this corporate Christmas party with an awards-evening theme. Taking over HERE at Outernet, the night featured a red-carpet entrance, live interviews, a glambot experience, behind-the-scenes makeup stations, and eateries inspired by iconic Hollywood scenes.
