Aqua4baby has been running since 2009 in Chelmsford and is here to help pregnant ladies and it has been helping mums to be prepare for their pregnancy journey and been part of many mums special nights where they had time to bond with their unborn child in busy times.

My teaching are to help mums to be to pepare their bodies for delivery, through teaching breathing techniques, doing gentle exercises that can be transferred to the delivery room or birthing pools. Stretches that allow your muscles to remember what they are doing whilst the relaxing hormones relax every muscle in your body, muscle memory is so important for your recovery once baby is born. All exercises and stretches have been special designed for the pregnant body, i also do floating exercises for the lower body and we have a special relaxation time ( tummy time )

Feeling like a feather using the water to carry you and make your body feel light, the water also brings a calming effect in our busy life's, where most ladies mention they have the best night sleep after class, ladies have said it like a spa ime with bump, also meeting new people along the way that understand you and experiencing a similar journey.

We all need time away from normal routines and these classes give you this.
