We’ve been quietly playing with flour, fire and a little bit of chaos behind the scenes at HQ… and our **2027 Sourdough Collection** is starting to take shape. 👀

Here's a sneaky peak at a couple of our new flavours...we couldn't let you in on all of the secrets!

Naturally leavened.
**15-hour proofed.**
Handcrafted on the Isle of Skye.
And, naturally, given a distinct twist in our kitchen

These aren’t your average sourdough loaves.

Some are bright. Some are warming. Some are a little wild. And one or two might make you question what should be allowed anywhere near a loaf of bread. 😉

Heather honey & natural honey will both be required - probably about 1kg every couple of weeks to start with and orders increasing in the busy season ☺️

We'll be serving (weather depending) slow smoked BBQ , or 'grab n go' tasty pastries from our new 2027 menu if the weather's not so kind
