A quick rewind to last weekend when we had the pleasure of being back at RHS Wisley for Emma & Matthew’s gorgeous wedding.
Starting with a ceremony in the Waterlily Pavilion before moving into the dramatic Glasshouse, the styling was bold, elegant, and completely individual. We combined opulent dahlias and hydrangeas with striking Bigoudi Red chrysanthemums - a bold colour palette that popped against dusty pink linen. Gold geometric stands, rose bowls, and glowing aisle lanterns added a rich, warm layer to the space.
The piece de resistance? A stunning open arch that framed their vows, later repurposed to create a show-stopping backdrop for their sweetheart table.

This colour scheme is soooo popular, and we see why! Leslie and Ben chose this gorgeous look with delicate ivory, pale blue and pale yellow and it worked so beautifully in the Wi******er Room and the Great Lantern Hall.
Everything was cleverly repurposed to dress both spaces , with the grand ceremony vases being reused as tall table centrepieces, the pretty chair flowers being reused with gorgeous candlelight to make more table centrepieces . Even the bridesmaids bouquets, dotted in low vases were kept fresh and dressed the long top table.

Big thanks to Emily & Kieran who shared these fabulous photos by with me.

We loved this punchy colour combination of ivory, blush and nudes peppered with reds and burgundy, equally at home for a summer wedding as much as it would be for a winter wedding. The star of the show were the gorgeous textural red dahlias and unusual red achilea.

When it came to venue decor, the hero focus of the day was a backdrop of flowers behind the ceremony area, which defined the gorgeous central window backdrop, further framed by two tall flowers centrepieces.

The old saying location, location, location is everything couldn’t apply more here… when deciding where to focus your efforts, my advice is to hone in on the area which will make or break how the room looks and will be in such a lot if your important wedding photos. For me, somewhat partial to and obsessed by those beautiful floor to ceiling arched windows, there’s never been a doubt that this is the area which needs to shine and shout from the rooftops. What do you think?

Dream couple and dreamy delicate colour scheme in ivory and delicate champagne cream. Just a hint of colour, enough to add a delicate detail but still keeping it pure and light. The colour scheme is so popular!!! If you’re after a pure look but not just white, it’s dream way of adding highlights with the lighters of touch.
We loved creating these florals for Aisha & Ben and they were so gorgeously captured.
