✨ A day in the life of running VenYou Scotland… ✨

One of the biggest perks of working for yourself is that every day is completely different.

Today I had the pleasure of attending a fantastic networking event hosted by Coffee Founders & Co at the stunning Skyline Sips rooftop bar in St James Quarter, Edinburgh. What an incredible venue—and what a way to spend one of Scotland’s hottest summer days! ☀️🍸

As someone whose business is all about creating unforgettable spaces and experiences, I absolutely love discovering unique venues, meeting inspiring business owners, and building genuine relationships with other entrepreneurs.

It was also lovely to spend some time catching up with the wonderful Kasia. There’s something really special about surrounding yourself with positive, ambitious people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

Days like today remind me why I took the leap into running my own business. Yes, it’s hard work. Yes, there are challenges. But opportunities like this—meeting amazing people in amazing places—make every bit of it worthwhile.

Today I had the pleasure of spending some time in both Hawick and Selkirk, introducing VenYou Scotland to local businesses and chatting with some fantastic people along the way.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who took a few minutes out of their day to speak with me and kindly allowed me to leave a VenYou Scotland flyer in their shop or business.

As a small Scottish business, those conversations mean a lot. Building relationships within local communities is just as important to us as providing great events, and it was wonderful to receive such a warm welcome throughout the Borders.

We’re excited to continue growing across Scotland and look forward to hopefully bringing a little extra glow, colour, and fun to future celebrations in Hawick, Selkirk, and beyond.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped to say hello to us yesterday in Peebles and Galashiels!

It was an absolute pleasure to spend the day exploring two of Scotland’s most beautiful towns and meeting so many friendly, welcoming people along the way. The Borders really is a special part of the country, and we were blown away by the warm reception we received.
